I know...why do we still have Windows Server 2003 running anywhere? We are moving everything up to Windows Server 2016. One of the first servers is our internal web server that is still running Windows Server 2003 and IIS 6. I am a developer, not an operations guy, and I'm looking for input on the best course to do this upgrade from a web applications standpoint. What, if anything, needs to happen to our web applications? Do we just need to rebuild the projects with a newer version of .Net, or what?
