When I use -useChecksum in combination with -whatif (non-verbose), the log will still show *all* files with different time stamps changing. However, if you deploy live non-whatif it will only deploy the files with difference in checksum. We are still using
msdeploy v1.1. Our developers use the -whatif option a lot via our homegrown msdeploy web interface and the whatif will create some confusion. Is there a parameter I am missing or is this a bug? Any feedback is appreciated.
